Return Policy




We shall provide returns on the following cases:


a.    Product not as described. Such issues must be reported under resolution page of this website within 48 hours from the receipt of the item. Complaints that are based merely on false expectations or wishes will not be honored.

b.    Within 1 day return Policy. We offer a 1 day return policy. All returned items can only be exchanged for other product or store credit. We do not allow refunds. Thus, we advised you to read carefully the items that are being purchased.

c.     Perishable Items. For perishable items such as frozen fruits, vegetables and meats, you must report a quality-related issues to us in order for us to process your returns. For Cash on Delivery or POS on Delivery, you may immediately not accept the product delivered if the products delivered has defect.


Returns are not included on:


a.     After the Product has been consummated. After full consummation of the product. This includes when the user demands a refund immediately after receiving the product.

b.    Change of mind. We reserve the right to decline on returns when you change your mind and not continuing the purchase

c.     False expectation. Reasons which prevented you from properly using the product as clearly stated in the website. These reasons which we never claimed to provide and not listed feature list of the product.

d.    Beyond the 7-day return period. It means that you have fully accepted the product in good condition.

e.    Hygienic Purposes. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns for the following product categories for hygienic reasons:

                                                       i.     Fresh vegetable and Fruits

                                                     ii.     Frozen Items

                                                   iii.     Beauty – Cosmetics and Personal Care

                                                     iv.     Jewelry

                                                       v.     Lingerie and Swimwear.





Debit/Credit Card Customers


If you placed the order using a Debit/Credit card, we will refund the price of the item(s) returned to the same card. We will inform you once the payment has been processed from our end. However, please note that it may take an additional 7 – 14 working days for the amount to reflect on your bank statement.


Cash on Delivery


If you placed the order using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue you a return coupon equivalent to value of the item(s) you returned and same will be send to you over email. The coupon will be redeemable at and you can use to order anything you like!
